National Student Survey (NSS) 2024 Update

The NSS 2024 UK-wide survey of final year higher education students has now closed, and we want to say a huge thank you to all the students that took the time to provide us with feedback on their experience. Your feedback provides crucial data that we use to drive improvements across all areas of the University and identify and recognise good practice.

This year 2,051 students completed the survey. The University promised to donate £1 per student completion to its chosen charities, which means Mental Health Matters Wales and Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice will be receiving a donation of £2,051 between them.

The University also sponsor a prize draw, offering ten prizes of £100 Amazon vouchers, drawn independently by IPSOS from the pool of completing students. Huge congratulations to our ten winners:

Nikita Hartle Foundation Degree Sports Coaching and Development

Sabrina Sultana LLB Law (Accelerated Route)

Jack Cotton BSc Football Coaching, Development and Administration

Zak Main BA Film

Callum Williams Foundation Degree Popular Music Technology

Jacob Archer BSc Professional Policing

On behalf of USW, a huge thank you to you all.
