USW campuses remain open today, Sunday 11 December, and will be open tomorrow, Monday 12 December, as usual (except for Newport Campus which remains closed due to an electrical fault).

The region is expecting different levels of snowy and icy conditions today, which are expected to continue into tomorrow.

Students are asked to take care when travelling into any of the campuses.

The security teams have cleared and gritted all of the main roads and foot paths around campus. With temperatures expected to drop again overnight, any remaining snow could turn to ice. The security team will be out again tonight to make sure the main accesses are clear and gritted.
