Update 26/09/2022: Please see: Teaching Timetable Update

Changes to your teaching timetable

A new timetabling software has been implemented that provides every student with a personal teaching timetable. Once you have set up your IT account and completed online enrolment, your teaching timetable will automatically populate into your USW Outlook calendar. Your personal timetable will display the module code, title, day, and time of your classes:

Personlised timetable

Updates will automatically sync but we recommend you check your personal timetable at least once a week so that you always have up to date information at your fingertips.

Accessing your teaching timetable

To access your personalised teaching timetable, you must have set up your USW IT account and completed online enrolment

You can access your USW Outlook calendar via the UniLife homepage by selecting ‘Your Timetable’, or by going to https://outlook.office.com/calendar/.

You can view your timetable by day, week or by month. Your timetable will give you all the information you need about where and when your teaching will take place.

If you are unsure of the location of your class, FindARoom will identify the campus, building and location of a room.

Changing your optional modules

Your timetable is linked to your student record, so the modules you see should be automatically correct.

If you want to request a change to your optional modules, you must contact your Course/Module Leader. If you do change any modules that you are studying, this will change when your student record is updated, and will be reflected in your teaching timetable.

Missing or incorrect information on your timetable
