We have been made aware of an external BT major incident that is affecting BT exchanges and local networks causing intermittent connectivity issues today, Friday 25 November. 

IT Services will monitor the external situation and provide updates on our IT Status Page, but we also want to reassure USW students this is not related to the recent internal USW network issues.
