We have increased the security on your USW IT student account. For continued  access to your USW applications, appointments  and account, you must complete a one off set-up procedure

If you are due to receive your end of year results in July, we’ve put together some useful information about what happens next.

Some courses have different key times of the year e.g. they may start in February rather than September. Most of the information below will still be relevant to you, but if you are in any doubt, please contact your Campus Advice Zone

For information and guidance about our no-detriment policy please refer to the 'Applying our no detriment approach' page

Please note, students studying at Partner Colleges, Partner Organisations or UNICAF should contact their usual course contact.

When will my Results be available?

20th July 2020 (Graduating Students)
21st July 2020 (Non-Graduating Students)
16th September 2020 (Resit results)

Results are normally available from midnight on the day of release.

Further information about results, including those which are not processed through the main Assessment Boards can be found on the Results pages.

Where can I find my Results?

Results will be published via the Results Service on UniLife. For an explanation of what your confirmed grade means, visit the Understanding my Result page.

I have not passed my module, what do I do?

If you have not passed all your modules, then your online results should indicate what happens next. If you need further guidance, please contact your Campus Advice Zone

I have a resit, what happens next?

Resit exam dates are available on the Exam periods and key dates page. When your exam resit timetable is published it will be accessible via the View your timetable page.

If you have an assignment resit, this will be set by your module leader and will include your hand in deadline. Please check Blackboard or contact your module leader for further information.

I have to repeat a module(s) – what happens next?

Please read the information on Repeating modules.

I want to Appeal my outcome, what do I do?

If you are unhappy with your results and wish to appeal them, please review the Academic Appeals webpage. Your appeal must be submitted within the deadline of 10 working days, as indicated in the Regulations.

I am due to Graduate, what do I do?

Congratulations on the successful completion of your course! There will be a virtual celebration for the 5000+ students graduating this summer, which will start on Monday 27 July and will run for five days. The online celebrations will include a series of interactive daytime social media events, competitions and Facebook Live events.

This exciting programme of online activity is in no way a replacement for the formal graduation ceremony, which you will still have at a later date when social distancing measures sufficiently ease.

Further information regarding Graduation, can be found on the Graduation website.

If you have successfully passed and are eligible to re-enrol for the next academic year, a banner will appear on your UniLife account from 17th August 2020. Enrolment information, including how to enrol, can be found on the Enrolment pages.
