The University is continuing to monitor the news and advice for people travelling to and from China, particularly Wuhan and the Hubei province.
The risk to the UK population has been assessed as low. There are currently no confirmed cases in the UK.

Official advice from Public Health Wales is that anybody coming from the region will need to contact NHS Direct Wales and self-isolate for 14 days.
All students that need to self-isolate are encouraged to inform the University by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
International students can contact Immigration and International Student Advice if they have any questions or concerns by emailing email@example.com
As of 29 January, the Foreign Commonwealth Office continue to advise against all travel to Hubei Province, and now advise against all but essential travel to the rest of mainland China (not including Hong Kong and Macao).
