Sports Centre Classes are back!

Starting this week, the Sports Centre is offering more than 20 classes every week for you to try out and take part in. Why not give it a go? There’s something for everyone.

Classes range from Hatha Yoga to TRX and aimed at improving your speed, strength, mobility and general fitness. You can find out what each class entails on the Health and Fitness Class Descriptions page. Classes are open to everyone, so why not bring along a friend?

How do I book?

Members can book 7 days in advance and non-members can book 24 hours in advance. Just call or drop into the Sports Centre Reception to sign up.
