Workshops to Help Manage Stress and Anxiety

Stress and anxiety are very common and it is perfectly normal to have worries about certain things or to feel stressed from time to time.

However, sometimes you may want a little extra support to control or deal with these feelings so the University’s Wellbeing Service have put together a programme of workshops and events designed to help you to cope effectively.
