Disability & Dyslexia and Wellbeing Service are excited to welcome you to their new offices.

The Disability and Dyslexia and Wellbeing Service (Health Service, Mental Health Service and Counselling) have moved offices into the ground floor of Hirwaun Building, Treforest Campus, and welcome you to come and have a look around between 12:00pm – 1:30pm, Wednesday 18th April.

Drop in, have a cuppa (and cake), and explore some of the services including:

  • Accessible text services and how Harry Potter can help!
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Mental health and wellbeing guidance
  • “Don’t bottle it up” campaign – collect your free water bottle and information
  • Experience life from the perspective of someone with autism using VR headsets
  • Coloured overlays (Irlen)

There will also be drop-in Dyslexia / SpLD screening, as well as general information, advice and guidance on an informal basis available throughout the morning.
