Up to GBP 5,000 for pursuing personal (non-academic) challenges: Mark Evison Foundation's Major Awards

April 25, 2014

The Mark Evison Founation offers funding ('Major Awards’) of up to £5000 for 18-30 year olds. The Major Awards are given for demanding personal challenges which are essentially non-academic.

The Foundation’s Major Award winners so far have climbed Everest, swum the English Channel, cycled to Africa, and canoed at a competitive semi-professional level. The Foundation is also very interested in applicants who take on other sorts of challenges (non-physical).

The Foundation’s website is at www.markevisonfoundation.org. You can look up previous winners and find out more about the Mark Evison Foundation Major Awards and how to apply for one.
